Raffle Websites

Verdi Media have unrivalled experience in delivering high performance, sales focused websites for online raffles in Ireland.  In collaboration with our trusted digital marketing partners we have played a key role in 30 successful campaigns to date.  Since our involvement with Win a Feckin House in 2018 we have processed over €15 Million in online ticket sales for clubs and charities in Ireland.

Verdi Media Approach

At the initial in person/Zoom meeting, the project plan is laid out and tasks are assigned.  A domain name is selected and registered and content gathering begins.

Hosting is set up and the site build commences.  Coming Soon page displays during this phase.  Initial design is presented and once agreed the pages are built and content is populated.  A premium email service is set up on the site.

The e-commerce section of the site is set up and the raffle software configured.  Chosen payment processing system is integrated into the website.  Stripe is the preferred provider for payments.  At this point the sales process is tuned to other tweaks are made to optimise conversion rates and the user experience.

We run a standard set of tests incorporating checks on website copy, site navigation, website email and the purchase process.

Once the testing phase has been completed and the site design has been signed off then the process of ‘going live’ kicks in.  The raffle ticket numbers are reset and the live payment system is activated.  The Coming Soon page is removed and the campaign is live.

Weekly sales reports are delivered each Monday over the course of the campaign.  We also provide, on request, a spreadsheet containing details of each ticket purchased.  

While technical issues are rare, they do occur.  If and when they do you can rest assured that our response will be timely and effective.  Weekend support is standard.

Often a campaign can see a dramatic increase in website traffic and sales in the lead up to the draw.  We work with you to ensure that you can continue to sell online until 90 minutes before the draw takes place.  Once the site has been closed, a final set of data is delivered.  This can be used as a main point of reference when the ticket(s) are picked form the drum.
